The Ministry of Law and Justice had notified the appointment of six advocates and seven judicial officers as Judges of Gauhati, Punjab and Haryana, Patna and Madhya Pradesh High Courts.
While seven judges have been appointed to the Madhya Pradesh High Court, three were appointed in the Punjab and Haryana High Court.
Similarly, two were appointed to the Patna HC while one was elevated to the Gauhati High Court.
Madhya Pradesh High Court

The notifications dated November 02, 2023 reads, “In exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint S/Shri (i) Vinay Saraf, (ii) Vivek Jain, (iii) Rajendra Kumar Vani, (iv) Pramod Kumar Agrawal, (v) Binod Kumar Dwivedi, (vi) Devnarayan Mishra and (vii) Gajendra Singh, to be Judges of the Madhya Pradesh High Court, in that order of seniority, with effect from the date they assume charge of their respective offices.”
Punjab and Haryana High Court

The notification dated November 02, 2023 read, “In exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 224 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint (i) Shri Sumeet Goel, (ii) Smt. Sudeepti Sharma and (iii) Ms. Kirti Singh, to be Additional Judges of the Punjab and Haryana High Court for a period of two years, in that order of seniority, with effect from the date they assume charge of their respective offices.”
Patna High Court

- Ramesh Chand Malviya
The notification dated November 02, 2023 read, “In exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint S/Shri (i) Rudra Prakash Mishra and (ii) Ramesh Chand Malviya, to be Judges of the Patna High Court, in that order of seniority, with effect from the date they assume charge of their respective offices.”
Gauhati High Court

The notification dated November 02, 2023 read, “In exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 224 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint Shri Kaushik Goswami, to be an Additional Judge of the Gauhati High Court, for a period of two years with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office.”
