Senior Advocate MB Nargund speaks about the interconnection and conflict between the Fundamental Rights and Duties in the indian judicial system in an interview with Ananya Singh.

The interview begins with our guest describing how Indian society is duty based society and how the rights and duties are so intertwined that one is incomplete without the other. The discussion continues where landmark cases like Rangnath Mishra v Union of India , AIIMS Students Union v AIIMS and other cases of significance. Mr. MB Nargund specialises in civil and constitutional law and has been practising law since 1982. He is a recipient of the Kannada Rajyotsava Award and has held the position of the Additional Solicitor General of India for the State of Karnataka.
