The Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance is inviting applications from the officers working under the Central Government through a proper channel for filling up the post of Registrar in the Appellate Tribunal under Smugglers and Foreign Exchange Manipulators (Forfeiture of Property) Act, 1976, New Delhi on a deputation basis.

Educational Qualification: LL.B. (Preferable)
Eligibility:
• Holding analogous posts; or
• With 5 years’ service in posts in the scale of ₹8000-275-13500 (pre-revised) or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department; or
• With 8 years’ regular service in posts in the scale of ₹6500-200-10500 (pre-revised) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; and
• Possessing experience in administration, establishment, and accounts matters and preferably a degree in Law from recognized university or equivalent.
