Experience: 6 years
Eligibility:
• Experience in handling legal matters in government departments/ autonomous bodies/statutory bodies/government universities, preferably in Hospital or Medical Institute setup.
• The experience should be in drafting counters/petitions for filing before Tribunal & Courts, contesting cases, and liaising with advocates on various legal matters.
• The candidates should be well-versed with service matters, labour laws, and various laws related to Hospital Administration and Student affairs.
• Candidates with past experience in hospital administrative issues will be preferred.
Age Limit: 63 years
