The National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC) is inviting applications for the posts of Chief Director (Legal) and Deputy Director (Recovery and Legal), on a deputation cum absorption/direct recruitment basis.
Location: New Delhi
No. of Posts: One each
Pay-Scale:
• Chief Director: Rs. 1,23,100-2,15,900/- per month
• Deputy Director: Rs. 67,700-2,08,700/- per month
Educational Qualification: LL.B.
Eligibility:
• Chief Director: Persons working in Central/ State Govt./ Autonomous/ Statutory Bodies/ PSUs/ Recognized Universities/ Cooperative Training Organization/ Cooperative Institute etc. holding analogous posts or with 5 years’ service in posts carrying Level 12 or higher of pay matrix as per 7th CPC or equivalent with experience in the areas of legal/ financial documentation, mortgages, guarantees, hypothecation, recovery suits/claims, SARFAESI Act etc. and matters relating to litigation in different Courts of Law/Tribunals, preferably in banks/financial institutions and also conversant with use of computer and related software.
• Deputy Director:
1) Persons working in Central/ State Govt./ Autonomous/ Statutory Bodies/ PSUs holding analogous posts or with 5 years’ service in posts carrying Level-10 of pay matrix as per 7th CPC or equivalent with 5 years’ experience in recovery cell of reputed banks/financial institutions in the areas of legal recovery suits/claims, SARFAESI Act etc. and matters relating to litigation in different Courts of Law/Tribunals and also conversant with use of computer and related software. (Deputation cum Absorption Basis)
2) 5 years’ post-qualification experience in executive capacity, in the areas of legal recovery suits/claims, SARFAESI Act and matters relating to litigation in different Courts of Law/Tribunals, preferably in recovery cell of banks/financial institutions and also conversant with the use of computer and related software. (Direct Recruitment Basis)
Age Limit:
• Chief Director: 56 years
• Deputy Director: 40 years (deputation cum absorption basis); 35 years (direct recruitment basis)
