Supreme Court Collegium Recommends Appointment Of 7 Judicial Officers & 2 Advocates As Judges In Different High Courts

The Supreme Court Collegium in its meeting held yesterday approved the proposal for the elevation of 7 Judicial Officers and 2 Advocates as Judges in different High Courts.

The details of the recommendation are as follows-

Manipur High Court

• Judicial Officer Aribam Guneshwar Sharma as Judge in Manipur High Court

• Judicial Officer Golmei Gaiphulshillu Kabui as Judge in Manipur High Court

Andhra Pradesh High Court

• Judicial Officer P. Venkata Jyothirmai as Judge in Andhra Pradesh High Court

• Judicial Officer V. Gopalakrishna Rao as Judge in Andhra Pradesh High Court

Karnataka High Court

• Judicial Officer Ramachandra Dattatray Huddar as Judge in Karnataka High Court

• Judicial Officer Venkatesh Naik Thavaryanaik as Judge in Karnataka High Court

• Advocate Nagendra Ramachandra Naik as Judge in Karnataka High Court

Gauhati High Court

• Judicial Officer Mridul Kumar Kalita as Judge in Gauhati High Court

Bombay High Court

• Advocate Neela Kedar Gokhale as Judge in Bombay High Court
