Senior Advocate MB Nargund speaks about the interconnection and conflict between the Fundamental Rights and Duties in the indian judicial system in an interview with Ananya Singh.

Mr. MB Nargund specialises in civil and constitutional law and has been practising law since 1982. He is a recipient of the Kannada Rajyotsava Award and has held the position of the Additional Solicitor General of India for the State of Karnataka.
