|The Engineers India Limited (EIL) is inviting applications for the posts of Manager (Legal) and Legal Officer.
Location: Delhi/Gurugram or any other place.
No. of Posts: Manager- 1; Legal Officer- 2
Pay-Scale:
• Manager - Rs. 80,000-2,20,000/- per month
• Legal Officer- Rs. 60,000-1,80,000/- per month
Educational Qualification: LL.B. Degree with minimum 55% marks.
Experience and Eligibility for Manager:
• Minimum 8 (eight) years post qualification experience as a Law Executive in State/ Central Government Department(s)/ Institution(s)/ Undertaking(s) and/ or Listed Companies of repute.
• Candidates must have hands on experience in handling litigation before different Judicial/ Quasi-Judicial Forums, Industrial/ Labour law matters, Arbitration and Conciliation matters, Drafting & vetting various legal documents.
• Handling legal matters pertaining to Mergers, Acquisitions & Joint Ventures will be preferred. Preference will also be given to candidates having experience in Oil & Gas/ Petrochemical Industry.
• Candidates working in Government/ Public Sector Undertaking must have minimum one year experience in one level lower pay scale or equivalent.

• Minimum 1 (one) year post qualification experience as a Law Executive in State/ Central Government Department(s)/ Institution(s)/ Undertaking(s) and/ or Listed Companies of repute.
