Course objective: The purpose of this course is to broaden our horizons on insolvency and bankruptcy law with detailed concepts and includes the challenges faced, litigations piled up, comparative analysis, recent changes, case laws, etc. Learning from Eminent academicians and industry experts will make the study fruitful and constructive. It will introduce participants to many aspects of insolvency law and also prepare them for further advanced studies and research in Insolvency and Bankruptcy laws.
