The Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) is inviting applications for the post of Legal Analyst.
Location: Bengaluru

Remuneration: Rs. 34,500/- per month
Educational Qualification: LL.B.
Experience:
• Preference shall be given to LL.M. degree holder or post graduate Diploma in Environmental Laws.
• Four years practicing experience as an Advocate or four years Legal advice Experience in any Organization or Both.
• Preference shall be given for working in Environmental field as an Advocate Or Legal Advice work or both.
Job Description:
Assist the concerned officers of the Central Pollution Control Board in all Legal matters i.e.,
i. Attending the hearings in Hon’ble High Courts, NGT, CAT and other courts/tribunals etc in the southern zone.
ii. Preparation and updating the list & status of all the legal matters.
iii. Drafting reply affidavits/counter affidavits.
iv. Any other relevant work assigned by office.
