SC Collegium Reiterates 5 Names For Allahabad HC, Recommends Elevation Of Judicial Officers, Advocates In Different HCs

The Supreme Court Collegium headed by Chief Justice NV Ramana has reiterated its recommendation for the elevation of 5 Advocates as Judges in the Allahabad High Court. The Collegium has also approved the proposal for the elevation of Judicial Officers and Advocates as Judges in different High Courts.

The details of the approved proposal for elevation as Judges are as follows:

High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh

• Judicial Officer Rajesh Sekhri, as Judge in the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.

Chhattisgarh High Court

• Advocate Rakesh Mohan Pandey @ Rakesh Pandey as Judge in the Chhattisgarh High Court.

• Judicial Officer Radhakishan Agrawal as Judge in the Chhattisgarh High Court.

Allahabad High Court

• Advocate Saurabh Srivastava as Judge in the Allahabad High Court

• Advocate Om Prakash Shukla as Judge in the Allahabad High Court

The names of Advocates reiterated for elevation as Judges in the Allahabad High Court are as follows:

Advocate Shishir Jain

• Advocate Manu Khare

• Advocate Rishad Murtaza

• Advocate Dhruv Mathur

• Advocate Vimlendu Tripathi
