SC Collegium Recommends Names Of 9 Judicial Officers & 3 Advocates As HC Judges
The Supreme Court Collegium has recommended the names of nine Judicial officers and three Advocates for appointment as Judges of different High Courts.
The Collegium has recommended the names for appointment as Judges in the High Courts of Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Chhattisgarh.
The details of the recommendation made by the Supreme Court Collegium are as follows-
Madhya Pradesh High Court
• Judicial Officer Roopesh Chandra Varshney as Judge of the Madhya Pradesh High Court
• Judicial Officer Anuradha Shukla as Judge of the Madhya Pradesh High Court
• Judicial Officer Sanjeev Sudhakar Kalgaonkar as Judge of the Madhya Pradesh High Court
• Judicial Officer Prem Narayan Singh as Judge of the Madhya Pradesh High Court
• Judicial Officer Achal Kumar Paliwal as Judge of the Madhya Pradesh High Court
• Judicial Officer Hirdesh as Judge of the Madhya Pradesh High Court
• Judicial Officer Avnindra Kumar Singh as Judge of the Madhya Pradesh High Court
Uttarakhand High Court
• Advocate Rakesh Thapliyal as Judge of the Uttarakhand High Court
• Advocate Pankaj Purohit as Judge of the Uttarakhand High Court
• Advocate Subhash Upadhyay as Judge of the Uttarakhand High Court
• Judicial Officer Vivek Bharti Sharma as Judge of the Uttarakhand High Court
Chhattisgarh High Court
• Judicial Officer Sanjay Kumar Jaiswal as Judge of Chhattisgarh High Court
