Bombay Bar Association To Felicitate Justice Abhay S. Oka On His Elevation To Supreme Court

The Bombay Bar Association has organised a felicitation function for Justice Abhay S. Oka on his elevation as a Supreme Court Judge, on September 6th at 5 pm via video conference.

Only members of the Association and those who have applied for membership have been invited for the function.

Justice Oka was appointed as an additional Judge of the Bombay High Court in 2003 and served in the High Court till May, 2019 when he was appointed as the Chief Justice of Karnataka High Court.

Justice Oka took oath as a Judge of the Supreme Court on August 30th, as the seniormost among nine Judges who took oath on the same day.
