The Bank of Maharashtra is inviting applications for the posts of Senior Manager and Manager (Legal) on a permanent basis.
Location: Any branch
No. of Posts: 10 each
Pay-Scale:
• Senior Manager: Rs. 85,920-1,05,280/- per month
• Manager: Rs. 64,820-93,960/- per month
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a University/ Institute with a minimum 60% marks (55% in case of SC/OBC) aggregate in all years / semesters recognized (55% in case of SC/OBC) by Government of India or its Regulatory bodies and enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India. (The candidates who possesses Master Degree in Law will be preferred.)
Experience:
• Senior Manager: Minimum experience of 7 years of practicing as an Advocate independently or with any Law Firm of good repute before a District Court or High Court or DRT out of which at least 1-year experience of working as a Law Officer in a Bank / Financial Institution.
• Manager: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification work experience as an Advocate independently or with any Law Firm of good repute before a District Court or High Court or DRT. (Preference shall be given to the candidates having experience as a Law Officer in the Legal Department of a Nationalized Bank/ Financial Institution. Experience of cases under (I) Banking Laws, Company Laws, Labour Laws, Family Laws, Constitutional Law, Property and Revenue matters etc. Experience in drafting and vetting of pleadings and documents.)
Age Limit: 38 years (Senior Manager); 35 years (Manager)
