Empanelment Of AORs For Representing Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation In Apex Court & National Tribunals
The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), Legal Department is inviting applications for the purpose of engaging Advocate on Record (AOR) and Law Firms to handle the litigation work, both civil and criminal in nature in the Supreme Court, National Tribunals, etc. where BMC is involved.

Professional Fees: As per the notification
Educational Qualification for AOR: LL.B.
Eligibility for AOR:
i) Should have established network and office within 16 kilometres from the radius of the Supreme Court in Delhi.
ii) Should have appeared in the Supreme Court as Advocate for 15 years and above, minimum registration as AOR of 10 years.
iii) Should have handled 15 cases in individual capacity in the Supreme Court.
iv) Should have preferably handled cases pertaining to Government / Semi Government bodies/ organization public sector as well as corporation matters.
