Special Public Prosecutor Vacancy At Central Bureau Of Investigation
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Cochin Branch is inviting applications for the post of Special Public Prosecutor (SPP) to conduct trial of CBI cases in Trial Courts situated in Kerala and Union Territory of Lakshadweep.
Educational Qualification: LL.B.
Professional Fee: As per the notification
Eligibility:
• Enrollment Certificate as an Advocate with Bar Council.
• Experience at BAR of handling Criminal matters in Sessions Courts.
• An unconditional willingness/consent to work on the general terms and conditions approved by the Government of India from time to time.
• A minimum standing of 10 years as an Advocate with experience in handling criminal matters.
Engagement Period: Minimum 3 years
