Eligibility:
• Enrolment Certificate as an Advocate with the Bar Council.
• Experience at Bar of handling criminal matters in Session Courts.
• An unconditional willingness/ consent to work on the general terms and conditions approved by the Govt. of India from time to time.
• Detail of important cases handled by the applicant advocates.
• A minimum standing of 10 years as an advocate required for considering an advocate for CBI Special Public prosecutor who have experience in handling criminal matters.
