Defence Innovation Organisation Invites Applications For Legal Posts
The Defence Innovation Organisation (DIO), Ministry of Defence, Government of India is looking to hire professionals as Individual Consultants (purely on Contract basis), having experience in legal matters, at various positions for its iDEX (Innovations for Defence Excellence) team.
Location: New Delhi
No. of Posts: One each for Deputy Program Director (Legal) and Program Executive (Legal).
Consultancy Fee:
• DPD (Legal): Rs. 1,40,000-1,80,000/- per month
• PE (Legal): Rs. 80,000-1,20,000/- per month
Educational Qualification: LL.B.
Experience:
• DPD (Legal): LL.B. with 8 years/ LL.M. with 6 years
• PE (Legal): LL.B. with 4 years/LL.M. with 2 years
Eligibility: The candidate must have experience in the following fields –
• Experience as legal adviser/executive etc. for a renowned Company, Government Departments PSUs etc.
• Experience related to legal documentation, case filing/representation in court of law, Contract management, legal interpretation, arbitration, etc.
• Knowledge about various acts, Rules & Regulations applicable to Start-ups, MSMEs, Govt. Departments, companies etc.
Age Limit:
• DPD (Legal): Below 40 years
• PE (Legal): Below 30 years
