ESIC Invites Applications For Empanelment Of Advocates
The Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) is inviting applications for empanelment of Advocates to represent the ESIC SRO Pune Office before EI Courts, Magistrate Courts, and District Consumer Forum in Pune District.
The counsels will be empanelled for conducting the cases in which the ESIC is a party. The cases will be assigned to them on a case-to-case basis as may be entrusted to them and Counsel would be required to conduct the cases to their finality.
The counsels would be on the panel ordinarily for a period of three years and continue with the cases allotted to them beyond 3 years unless terminated before 3 years.

Eligibility: Minimum 5 years’ experience of standing the bar and experience in handling Labour Law cases.
