The Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) is inviting applications for the recruitment of experienced, energetic, and dedicated Law Officers with bright academic record and rich experience to join the organization.
Location: Any place in India
No. of Posts: 12
Pay-Scale: Rs. 50,000-1,60,000/- per month
Educational Qualification: LL.B. Degree with minimum 60% marks (55% marks in case of SC/ST/PwBD).
Experience: 2 years
1. Work Experience from following concerns/areas shall only be considered towards eligibility:
a. Candidates practicing as an advocate in courts or tribunals.
b. Candidates working with Law Firms.
c. Candidates working with Private/ Public Sector Organizations handling Legal functions.
d. Candidates working with Central/ State Governments handling Legal function.
2. Candidates should have experience of working in any of the following areas:
a. Handling litigation (Civil, Consumer and Criminal matters) before different Judicial/ Quasi-Judicial Forums;
b. Arbitration conciliation and other dispute resolution mechanisms;
c) Drafting & vetting various legal or contractual documents, providing legal opinions, handling legal matters including issues pertaining to Mergers, Acquisitions & Joint Ventures, Regulatory matters, etc.
Eligibility:
1. Only Indian Nationals, subject to meeting the eligibility criteria, are eligible to apply.
2. Candidates must have appeared in the examination of PG CLAT-2024 (examination conducted in December 2023).
3. CLAT score from previous year examination shall not be accepted
