Essential Qualifications
- The officer should have retired from the Central Government in the pay level 13 and above.
- Officer possessing a degree of law from a recognised university. 15 years work experience relating to filing legal applications, scrutiny and interpretation of laws, rules, regulations, instructions issued by the Government from time to time.
Desirable Qualification: Experience in RTI matters.
