Essential qualification:
- L.L.B (Minimum) from a reputed institution
- Specialization in Cyber laws and IPR laws desirable
- Minimum 8 years (on the date of application) experience as a practicing advocate or in handling legal matters in PSU/Companies/Corporate houses/Law Firms/Institutions.
- Experience in drafting rules/regulation/responses to legal notices/vetting contracts preparation of affidavits etc. related to IT Act, Copy Right, IPR and related Acts.
- Experience in managing Legal teams
- Familiarity with court procedure is must
