Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council (BIRAC) invites application from eligible candidates for the post of Principal Consultant (legal). The engagement is contractual initially for a period of One Year.

Age limit: 60 Years as on 24/03/2022

Salary: The consolidated fee shall be fixed between Rs.1,20,000 to Rs.1,90,000/- per month depending on the experience and qualifications.

Essential qualification:

  1. LLB from a recognized institution.
  2. Domain Area Experience: Very Good knowledge of Drafting of Contracts and Grant Letter Agreements, Contractual obligations, various legal provisions regarding contracts and agreement. Domain Knowledge related to Science & Technology or Biotechnology Sector will be advantageous. In addition experience of Intellectual Property and Trade Marks & Copyright Act, Statutory and Legal compliances in a Public Sector undertaking.
