Name of Posts: Additional Advocate General (AAG), Special Government Pleader (SGP), Additional Government Pleader (AGP), Government Advocate (Civil Side), Government Advocate (Criminal Side), and Government Advocate (Taxes).

Educational Qualification: LL.B. and registration with Bar Council.
Experience and Eligibility:
• AAG & SGP: As an Advocate having practice of not less than 10 years, out of which a minimum of not less than 7 years in the High Court.
• AGP: As an Advocate having practice of not less than 7 years, out of which a minimum of not less than 5 years in the High Court.
• Govt. Advocate: As an Advocate having practice of not less than 5 years, out of which a minimum of not less than 3 years in the High Court.
Age Limit: 60 years (not applicable to AAG & SGP)
