Essential qualification: L.L.B (Minimum) from a reputed institution. Specialisation in Cyber laws and IPR laws desirable. Minimum 8 years (on the date of application) experience as a practising advocate or in handling legal matters in PSU/Companies/Corporate houses/Law Firms/Institutions. Experience in drafting rules/regulation/responses to legal notices/vetting contracts preparation of affidavits etc. related to IT Act, Copy Right, IPR and related Acts. Experience in managing Legal teams Familiarity with court procedure is must.
