Senior Legal Consultant & Legal Consultant Vacancies At Ministry Of Electronics And Information Technology
The Ministry Of Electronics And Information Technology (MeitY) is inviting applications for the posts of Senior Legal Consultant (SLC) and Legal Consultant (LC) on a contractual basis for a period of three years.
Location: New Delhi
No. of Posts: 2 (SLC); 3 (LC)
Remuneration: Rs. 2.5 lakhs (SLC); Rs. 2 lakhs (LC) per month
Educational Qualification: LL.B.
Experience: 8 years (SLC); 5 years (LC)
Eligibility:
• Membership of Bar Council of India; and
• At least one legal research paper published in a peer-reviewed law journal; or
• At least three (SLC)/ two (LC) legal policy commentaries/briefs/reviews published by law journals, media, policy research organisations and industry associations; or
• Total experience in legal policy / legal practice of over 10 years (SLC)/ 8 years (LC); or
• Any degree/diploma/certificate in Cyber Law or Information Technology from a recognised institute/university (SLC).
Age Limit: Above 25 years & below 45 years
