Legal Consultant Vacancy At Ministry Of Electronics And Information Technology
The applications are invited for the post of Senior Legal Consultant (SLC) and Legal Consultant (LC) at the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology on a contractual basis for an initial period of three years.
Location: New Delhi
No. of Posts: 2 (SLC); 3(LC)
Remuneration: Rs. 2,50,000/- (SLC); Rs. 2,00,000/- (LC) per month
Educational Qualification: LL.B.
Eligibility for SLC:
• Minimum 8 years of experience in legal policy/legal practice.
• Membership of the Bar Council of India.
• At least one legal research paper published in a peer-reviewed law journal; or
• At least three legal policy commentaries/briefs/reviews published by law journals, media, policy research organisations, and industry associations; or
• Any degree/diploma/certificate in Cyber Law or Information Technology from a recognised institute/university; or
• Total experience in legal policy / legal practice of over 10 years.
Eligibility for LC:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal policy/legal practice; and
• Membership of the Bar Council of India; and
• At least one legal research paper published in a peer-reviewed law journal; or
• At least two legal policy commentaries/briefs/reviews published by law journals, media, policy research organisations, and industry associations; or
• Total experience in legal policy / legal practice of over 8 years.
Age Limit: 62 years
