The Department of Sports, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports (MYAS) is inviting applications for the post of Junior Consultant (Legal), purely on a contractual basis.

Educational Qualification: LL.B.
Experience: 3 years
Job Description: Junior Consultants engaged in the field of Law would be required to perform the following functions:
• To draft counter affidavits, para-wise comments, rejoinder, Show Cause notices, Contracts, Agreements, Memorandum of Understandings (MoU).
• Legal opinions on various sports related matters / administrative matters.
• To assist / brief the Government Counsel regarding the court matters.
• To render all legal assistance to the officers of the Department of Sports.
• To keep abreast of the latest developments in laws regarding sports / administration matter.
• To handle / assist in preparation of reports.
• Any other tasks assigned by the Reporting Officer.
Age Limit: 45 years
