The Mumbai Port Authority is inviting applications for the post of Legal Advisor to manage the litigation pertaining to all courts including the execution of Decrees and recovery of possession and arrears etc. purely on a contractual basis.

Remuneration: Rs. 1,00,000 /- per month + travelling allowance of Rs. 25,000/- per month
Educational Qualification: LL.B.
Experience: Experience in Property and Land related matters.
Eligibility:
• Senior retired Magistrate or Civil Judge or Worked as Legal advisor in the Ministry of Law; and
• Minimum 20 years’ experience in Judiciary.
Age Limit: 70 years
