The National Medical Commission (NMC) is inviting applications for empanelment of Advocates as Standing Counsels to represent it in the Supreme Court, High Courts, and their Benches all over the country and at other Legal fora, rendering legal advice, drafting of petitions/counter affidavits and vetting of legal documents, etc.

Eligibility:
• Registration with the concerned State Bar Council.
• He/She must have passed the All India Bar Examination (AIBE), if applicable.
• Must have 100 appearances before Supreme Court/High Court in the last three years.
Age Limit: 35-70 years
