Educational Qualification: Graduate with degree in Law with 60% marks from recognised Indian university or 5 years integrated course in Law with 60% marks from Institute recognized by appropriate statutory authority in India.
Experience:
• Post qualification executive experience of 20 years in executive/ officer cadre out of which minimum 3 years in immediate lower grade/scale (CDA/IDA) IDA: 90,000-3% 2,40,000.
• Equivalent CTC for Private Sectors: Rs. 30 Lakhs Per Annum.
Eligibility:
For Officers working in CPSU/ Govt Departments
• Must have 20 years of experience in executive/officer cadre out of which minimum 3 years in immediate lower grade/scale (CDA/IDA) IDA: 90,000-3%-2,40,000, in dealing with matters relating to Commercial Disputes, Arbitration, Land Acquisition, Constitutional Law, Labour Law, Service Law, Insolvency Proceedings or other matters of Civil nature.
• Must have impeccable drafting skills and proven experience in drafting Petitions, Counter-affidavits, written statements, rejoinders etc.
• Must have experience in vetting and preparing legal documents, providing legal opinion, handling legal matters including issues pertaining to Joint Ventures, Regulatory matters, insolvency matters etc.
For Legal Practitioners
• Must have at least 20 years of experience of practicing as an Advocate before District Court/ High Court/ Supreme Court /Tribunals, in matters relating to Commercial Disputes, Arbitration, Land Acquisition, Constitutional Law, Labour Law, Service Law, Insolvency Proceedings or other matters of Civil nature. Preference will be given to advocates practicing before Supreme Court and High Courts.
• Must have at least 20 judgments in his name as advocate within a span of last 15 years.
• Must have impeccable drafting skills and proven experience in drafting Petitions, Counter-affidavits, written statements, rejoinders etc.
• Must have experience in vetting and preparing legal documents, providing legal opinion, handling legal matters including issues pertaining to Joint Ventures, Regulatory matters, insolvency matters etc.
