District Judge Vacancy At Telangana State Judicial Service
The Telangana State Judicial Service is inviting applications for the post of District Judge by Direct Recruitment.

Pay-Scale: Rs. 1,44,840-1,94,660/- per month
Educational Qualification: LL.B.
Eligibility:
The applicant for the above said post shall be,
a) A practicing Advocate in the High Court for the State of Telangana or Courts working under the control of the High Court for the State of Telangana for not less than 7 years as on the date of notification.
Note: Full time salaried Law Officer in the employment of the Central Government or State Government or any Public Corporation or Body constituted by statute, shall not be eligible.
b) A person, who has completed 35 years of age and not completed 48 years of age as on the date of the notification inviting applications for such appointment is published in the newspapers. Upper age limit is relaxable by 3 years in respect of the applicants belonging to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Classes (nomenclature modified as "Socially and Educationally Backward Classes".
c) A person who has good character and is free from any disability, which renders him/her, unfit for such appointment.
d) The decision of the High Court as to the eligibility or otherwise of a candidate for admission to the written examination and viva-voce shall be final. Only candidates who are issued with hall tickets shall be admitted for the examination.
e) The candidates applying for the posts of District Judge (Entry Level) under direct recruitment, must be able to read, speak and write the Telugu language fluently and shall pass test as may be prescribed by the High Court.
