The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) is inviting applications for the post of Advisor (Legal) on deputation on foreign service terms.

Educational Qualification: LL.B.
Experience:
• Should have work experience in analysing and dealing with cases and litigation in the High Court and Supreme Court or in similar Appellate Tribunals.
• Should have work experience in examining policy issues from a legal perspective, and the drafting of statutory regulations, directions, and rules.
• Should be thoroughly familiar with court procedures and tendering of legal advice.
• Should have work experience in performing quasi-judicial functions or administering tax laws or regulatory functions under a Central Government statute.
