- To make the participants understand how the managementof historical, cultural, naturalsites, monuments, museums isdone through various laws in India as well as around theworld.
- To open a new area of study and research for the faculty andstudent members of TNNLUby learning from experts in thefield of heritage laws. As none of the NLUs teach heritageslaws in India
