The Ministry of Law and Justice has notified the appointment of one Advocate and one judicial officer as Additional Judges of the Chhattisgarh High Court.

"In exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 224 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint S/Shri (1) Rakesh Mohan Pandey and (2) Radhakishan Agrawal, to be Additional Judges of the Chhattisgarh High Court, for a period of two years with effect from the date they assume charge of their respective offices.", the notification released by the law ministry read.

The details of the appointment are as follows-

Chhattisgarh High Court

• Advocate Rakesh Mohan Pandey appointed as the Additional Judge of the Chhattisgarh High Court

• Judicial Officer Radhakishan Agrawal appointed as the Additional Judge of the Chhattisgarh High Court
