SC Collegium Recommends Transfer Of 7 HC Judges, Elevation Of 2 Advocates & 6 Judicial Officers As Judges In Rajasthan HC
The Supreme Court has recommended the transfer of 7 High Court Judges to different High Courts across the country. Further, it has also approved the proposal for the elevation of the 2 Advocates and 6 Judicial Officers as Judges in the Rajasthan High Court.

• Justice Battu Devanand- From Andhra Pradesh High Court to Madras High Court
• Justice D. Ramesh- From Andhra Pradesh High Court to Allahabad High Court
• Justice Lalitha Kanneganti- From Telangana High Court to Karnataka High Court
• Justice D. Nagarjun- From Telangana High Court to Madras High Court
• Justice T. Raja- From Madras High Court to Rajasthan High Court
• Justice A. Abhishek Reddy- From Telangana High Court to Patna High Court
Elevation
• Advocate Anil Kumar Upman appointed as Judge in the Rajasthan High Court
• Advocate Nupur Bhati appointed as Judge in the Rajasthan High Court
• Judicial Officer Rajendra Prakash Soni appointed as Judge in the Rajasthan High Court
• Judicial Officer Ashok Kumar Jain appointed as Judge in the Rajasthan High Court
• Judicial Officer Yogendra Kumar Purohit appointed as Judge in the Rajasthan High Court
• Judicial Officer Bhuwan Goyal appointed as Judge in the Rajasthan High Court
• Judicial Officer Praveer Bhatnagar appointed as Judge in the Rajasthan High Court
• Judicial Officer Ashutosh Kumar appointed as Judge in the Rajasthan High Court
Additionally, the SC Collegium has also approved the proposal for appointment of Justice Narendra Kumar Vyas and Justice Naresh Kumar Chandravanshi, Additional Judges, as Permanent Judges in the Chhattisgarh High Court.
